Our Warranty

12 Month Limited Warranty

MyPhield warrants to you, the first owner of a MyPhield, that it is, and will remain, free from any defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

MyPhield shall, at its option, provide a replacement or a refund of the actual purchase price of the MyPhield upon return. You have 30 days from the date of discovery of a defect and up to a maximum 12 months from the date of purchase of a MyPhield to return it under this limited warranty.  We will not process returns past this 12 month period.

Return Process

  1. Contact MyPhield at (866) 745-3341 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package.  Packages sent without an RMA number and a copy of the original receipt will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.  The RMA number expires in 14 days.  If your return package is not postmarked by the 14th day, your refund will not be processed.
  2. Returned packages must be sent to MyPhield via a method that provides a tracking number originating at the same address as the one provided during the call to obtain a RMA.  If we do not receive your returned MyPhield and you cannot prove that it was returned, we will not issue a refund. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance.
  3. We do not refund the cost of shipping and handling fees for returning a MyPhield.  We do not refund the cost of purchasing insurance for the returned MyPhield.
  4. In order to process your return, MyPhield must be returned in its original condition with all original parts, including but not limited to the following: signal generator, cable, cushion, battery, instruction manual and cushion cover(s). MyPhield will be inspected upon return and any damage due to misuse, excessive signs of wear or missing parts may, at our discretion, reduce or nullify the refund.

THE FOREGOING 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND 12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES, (EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER WARRANT OF QUALITY, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.  If the proceeding sole and exclusive remedies should be found to have failed their essential purpose, in no event shall MyPhield’s liability or first owner’s remedy exceed the actual purchase price for the product.  No oral or written information or advice given by an agent of MyPhield shall create a warranty.  You are not entitled to assign this guarantee and limited warranty to any party.  To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, and at its sole discretion, MyPhield may assign its obligations hereunder to any third party.  The foregoing guarantee and limited warranty are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and will benefit MyPhield and its successors and assigns.

The CLIENT fully understands that no medical or medicinal benefits have been made or implied by Bio Resonance Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the COMPANY”), its associates, directors, advisors and employees. The COMPANY does not employ and does not provide the professional services of doctors, physicians, nurses, or any other health care professionals.

The CLIENT understands that even though pain is relieved using the MyPhield Resonator, no treatment has taken place to address the underlying physical or medical condition that may be the cause of pain, and that the condition that caused pain still exists. MyPhield can be an excellent adjunctive modality to a therapy or plan of treatment prescribed by a physician as it serves to improve quality of life through the reduction of pain.

The CLIENT agrees to not alter medications, activities, diet or lifestyle as a result of the pain relief treatments received.

The CLIENT agrees to consult a licensed physician regarding any questions about their medical condition.

MyPhield warrants to you, the first owner of a MyPhield Product that the MyPhield Product is free from any defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the MyPhield Product in new and unused condition from MyPhield or its agent.  As your exclusive remedy and MyPhield’s entire liability, MyPhield shall, at its option, provide a replacement or a refund of the actual purchase price of the MyPhield Product upon return of the MyPhield Product in the process described below.  You have 30 days from the date of discovery of a defect and up to a maximum 12 months from the date of purchase of the MyPhield Product to return it under this limited warranty.  We do not process returns past this 12 month period.
