MyPhield has a 60 day, full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with MyPhield within 60 days of purchase, it may be returned for a refund in the amount of the actual purchase price. To receive your full money back satisfaction guarantee, simply:

  1. Contact MyPhield at (866) 745-3341 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the return package.  Packages sent without an RMA number and a copy of the original receipt will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.  The RMA number expires in 14 days.  If your return package is not postmarked by the 14th day, your refund will not be processed.
  2. Returned packages must be sent to MyPhield via a method that provides a tracking number originating at the same address as the one provided during the call to obtain a RMA.  If we do not receive your returned MyPhield and you cannot prove that it was returned, we will not issue a refund. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance.
  3. We do not refund the cost of shipping and handling fees for returning a MyPhield.  We do not refund the cost of purchasing insurance for the returned MyPhield.
  4. In order to process your return, MyPhield must be returned in its original condition with all original parts, including but not limited to the following: signal generator, cable, cushion, battery, instruction manual and cushion cover(s). MyPhield will be inspected upon return and any damage due to misuse, excessive signs of wear or missing parts may, at our discretion, reduce or nullify the refund.
